How Luna measures and tracks PT happiness

We utilize our technology to facilitate regular check-ins with our team of almost 2,000 licensed physical therapists. Rather than waiting on results from an annual engagement survey, we give therapists the opportunity to provide ongoing feedback through the app. Every two weeks, our Luna PTs receive one question to answer in the Luna app: How do you feel?

Therapists who select 'unhappy' receive follow-up via email, text, or call based on thefeedback provided. Luna takes their feedback very seriously and works on continuous improvement to ensure that our technology and Concierge and Clinical teams meet their expectations.
