It's derived from a simple question: "How likely is it that you would recommend Luna to a friend or colleague?" Based on the ratings – on a scale from zero to ten – respondents are categorized as promoters, passives, or detractors. The final NPS is calculated by subtracting the percentage of detractors from the percentage of promoters, resulting in a score between -100 to +100.
